Roxanne Felix-Mah (BSc., MSc.) has over seventeen years of experience working to support vulnerable populations in the field of health promotion, community-based research, settlement for newcomers, and anti-racism. She has also worked across many sectors – working both for civic, provincial and federal government as well as various non-profits. These diverse experiences serve as a backdrop for her work in community capacity building, community development and mentorship. Roxanne is also currently an Adjunct Assistant Professor with the School of Public Health at the University of Alberta. Her specific skillsets include: managing intercultural teams, facilitation of intercultural and anti-racism workshops, community-based evaluation and community-based research.
